● From Naha Airport to the Hotels
Bound for the CD and DE areas, and departs from Naha Airport to the Academy Area. The bus stops at Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa Hotel, the Busena Terrace Hotel and Kanehide Kise Beach Palace Hotel (the Kanehide Hotel will be closed in October due to renovation). From the Kanehide bus stop, the Twin-Line Hotel is an 8 minute-walk and the Best Western Hotel is a 6 minute-walk.

● With our online registration on “rael.org”, you can reserve participation, meals and JRM Bus service.
● At the reception desk, you will pay for your reservations made in advance online registration site and then, receive a participation ID card.
● Deadlines

No refunds will be made for any cancellation received after the deadlines.
●After the deadline, you may still register for Academy participation via Email (asia-ha@rael.org),
however you must arrange for your own transportation, meals, and accommodation.

Please note with this group reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit

For reservations with better cancellation terms, we recommend that you reserve Twin-Line Hotel
through other reservation sites.

Since the hotel is 2 minute-walk away from Twin-Line Hotel, you can use JRM Circular/Charter
Bus. Please reserve the hotel yourself.
● Other hotels
Please refer to the Appendix attached after this brochure when selecting a hotel.
Since October is a high season in Okinawa, you are suggested to reserve hotels earlier.

● Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (cash) at the Academy reception desk
● Since there is no foreign currency exchange service in the Academy area, please exchange at major international airports in Japan.

(4) JRM Charter Bus from Twin-Line Hotel to Naha Airport, Naha City and Nanjo City
(available only on October 11)

● Hotel reservations must be made separately on your own. JRM no longer manages hotel reservations on behalf of participants.
